Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application and any related features, content, websites, and services (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Services and which features are available, we may collect or process categories of information including:

Some information may remain only on your device. Other information may be sent automatically to our servers or service providers, or received from app stores and other partners. We do not intentionally collect precise location unless a feature clearly requests the required permission.

2. How we collect information

We may collect information directly from you, automatically from your device through the Services and integrated technologies, from our servers, and from third parties such as app stores, analytics providers, payment providers, advertising or marketing partners, and other service providers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

4. How we share information

We may share information with companies that help us operate the Services, including providers of hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, support, payments, app distribution, security, communications, marketing, or advertising. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

We may also share information when you request or consent to it, to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect users or the public, investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising or measurement activities, if used, may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some laws; where required, we will provide the applicable notice and choice.

5. Analytics and third-party services

We may use analytics, diagnostics, app platform, payment, hosting, and other service providers. They may process identifiers, technical, usage, diagnostic, transaction, and attribution information under their own policies and our agreements with them. We require providers that process data for us to provide appropriate protection.

6. Legal bases

Where required, we process information to perform our agreement with you, with your consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, analyzing, improving, and promoting the Services. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

7. Device storage and permissions

The Services may store progress, preferences, virtual items, reminder information, and other app data locally. You can remove local data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Features involving notifications, photos, media, or other protected device resources will request platform permission where required. You can change those permissions in device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Retention periods vary by the type of information and service used.

You may request deletion of information controlled by us through the support options available in the Services or their store listing. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when permitted or required by law. We cannot remotely delete data that exists only on your device. Records controlled by an app store or another third party must be managed with that provider.

9. Your choices and rights

You can manage many choices through the Services, your device, or app store settings, including permissions, notifications, advertising identifiers, and certain analytics or marketing preferences. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

10. Security and international transfers

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours and use legally recognized safeguards where required.

11. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to its processing. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, our practices, or the law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or store listing where appropriate.
